Community Involvement
The Stenerson Family has always been interested and involved
in the communities they’ve served – their way of giving back to their
community. In the early days, Stenersons invested in a variety of area businesses and charities in their lumberyard towns; often they were charter members in the banks and churches in those towns.
Later, other Stenersons became quite involved in local politics and
development planning in the area. They held mayoral positions and
were active area leaders.
The Company has always had a policy of supporting its local
communities in kind, in dollars, and in time to various community projects. |
